Do I Need a Board?

Are they the same as "real" Agents boards?

Our boards are made in the same factory as many leading estate agents. Our For Sale Signs are manufactured to the highest quality. Made from rigid weatherproof corrugated polypropylene and complying with local planning regulation, they are equal to those used by all Estate Agents.

Are they easy to assembly?

You have two options. Either you will need to buy a 2”x 2” wooden post approximately 8 feet tall which cost about £2 from a local DIY shop. The For Sale boards are supplied with assembly instructions, nuts, bolts and tie raps. Alternatively, you can opt to have one of our qualified service people to fit the board for you. Ideal if you are at work or unable to put the board together youself.

Normally 5 to 10 working days.

How much?

We will send you a For Sale Board for only £10 extra including VAT postage and packing if you are fitting it yourself, or £20 if you'd like it fitted for you. Why let an estate agent display their board and charge you thousands in commission when for a one-off fee of £20 you're advertising your property to anyone who sees your property.
